How We Ship

All orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy, one of South Africa's most reliable courier networks. Your order is carefully packaged to ensure your pads arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Options & Costs

Standard City Delivery — Free shipping. Delivery to major metropolitan is shipped at no extra cost.

Covered areas include Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and other city centres and surrounding suburbs.

⚠️ Hi-Risk & Outlying Areas — R85 Surcharge
Certain areas fall outside The Courier Guy's standard delivery zones and attract a surcharge as defined by the courier. These include some township areas, smaller towns, and peri-urban locations.

If your address falls in one of these zones, a surcharge of R85 will be invoiced separately after your order is placed. We'll contact you before dispatching.
